Follow this path to arrive at the lab
The lab is the building next to the Eevee Statue
Go inside and chat with Professor Hemlock
Follow the stairs up to find “Scientist James”
Talk with “Scientist James”… defeat another Ditto and tell the Professor

Return to Officer Jenny for the 4th suspect. The 4th suspect is Officer Jenny's son, he is standing next to the water fountain at Findale.

Report back to Officer Jenny for your 5th suspect. One of the sailors has been acting strange, so talk to Sailor Jeffery on the docks of Findale.
