Start Location: Talk to Officer Ryan at the docks in Circuit City

Find and speak to Officer Ryan at the Circuit City docks on the far side of Circuit City @-347 26 727
Approach the group of NPCs hidden in the cluster of trees in front of the Circuit City Pokémon Center. Be careful not to be spotted! If they see you, you will be teleported away to the front of Circuit City. @-280 62 874
Enter the base at the base of the volcano near Hearth Valley; if you see the Giant Groudon Statue just go in that direction. The base is right up from a sandy area on the shoreline. Once you get there, touch the back wall and you should be teleported to the next area. @-1472 47 -96
